On November 19, 2016 the foundation held a “Breakfast at Tiffany’s”-themed handbag auction. At the fundraiser, which was held at the Summerfield clubhouse in Holtsville, N.Y., designer handbags and accessories were bid on as attendees mingled and enjoyed light bites. The event was a huge success for both attendees who bagged plenty of designer duds and for the foundation which raised $15,000.
